ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

11am, Sunday 10th December 2023
Venue: Twiggers, Addington Raceway, Jack Hinton Drive Christchurch

The AGM is prior to the start of the Grand Prix race meeting scheduled to start at noon.
 We have reserved some tables in Silks Level, Metropolitan Stand for those attending the AGM. Finger food and drinks will be available till 1pm.

4. NZSBA audited Financial Statements 2022/23

5. Proposed Constitution Amendments of our Rules of 7 November 2019 and a motion to re-register the society to comply with Incorporated Societies Act 2022

(Our current rules are largely compliant. These amendments to our 2019 rules are modelled on what HRNZ has provided to racing clubs. There is significantly more detail to comply with the new Act. There are no substantive changes proposed.)
