Release from Alabar (NZ) Ltd.

We wish to advise that Captain Crunch will be standing at Alabar in Auckland this season – not at Nevele R Stud in Canterbury. 

Given the significant challenges in the current environment due to Covid-19 regarding domestic and international flight schedules, semen transport logistics and increased costs we are left with no option but to make the change.

This means Captain Crunch will stand alongside Bettor’s Wish, Lazarus and Majestic Son at Alabar in Auckland.  We hope this will be a one-off and Captain Crunch will return to Nevele R in 2022.

Semen orders for Captain Crunch will be taken by Alabar.

Bookings for Captain Crunch can be notified to either admin@nevelerstud.co.nz at Nevele R or to alabar@alabar.co.nz at Alabar.  You can also book on line at Nevele R – https://www.nevelerstud.co.nz/online-booking/

Invoicing for early bird payments, service fees and semen transport will continue to come from Nevele R.
